The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Industrial Painter/Blasters for both workshop and Perth Metro site works. These full-time roles are available locally and FIFO, ideal for tradespeople with a strong work ethic and a proven background in painting and abrasive blasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct corrosion repair on structural steel, ensuring compliance with site specifications.

• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings for high-quality finishes on structural steel and associated materials.

• Utilize industry-standard painting and blasting techniques to meet safety and quality standards.

• Execute precise surface preparation techniques to ensure optimal paint adhesion.

• Assist the team on-site as needed, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial painting and abrasive blasting.

• Confined Space and Working at Heights certifications.

• Coating inspection experience preferred.

• Construction White Card.

• Strong understanding of safety, quality processes, and procedures.

• Physically fit for heavy work and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
