The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Riggers and Trade Assistants for rostered, shutdown, and local work across WA. These roles include FIFO/DIDO rosters, temporary-to-permanent positions, and both long- and short-term assignments. Full support is provided to ensure candidates are site-ready, even if you’re not yet inducted.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on various WA sites including Iron Ore, Gold, and Nickel projects.

• Participate in FIFO/DIDO rosters and shutdowns according to project schedules.

• Set up, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment for safe operations.

• Assist trade teams with materials, tools, and equipment management.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.

• Adapt to site-specific requirements and support team workflows efficiently.

Skills & Experience – Riggers

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in rigging.

• Must hold Intermediate or Advanced Tickets.

• Current Drivers License and reliable transport.

• Working at Heights & Confined Space (current within 2 years).

• LF & WP tickets advantageous but not essential.

• Ability to pass D&A Screen + Medical.

• Physically fit, punctual, proactive, and takes pride in work.

• Must provide 3 recent contactable referees.

Skills & Experience – Trade Assistants

• Minimum 1 year mine site experience.

• Current Drivers License and reliable transport.

• Working at Heights & Confined Space (current within 2 years).

• LF & WP tickets advantageous but not essential.

• Ability to pass D&A Screen + Medical.

• Physically fit, punctual, proactive, and takes pride in work.

• Must provide 3 recent contactable referees.
