The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Supervisors to join established maintenance teams within the Mining Industry. These full-time DIDO/FIFO roles are perfect for candidates with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing shutdown and project works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, tooling, materials, and equipment for the duration of the works.

• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the workforce to promote a positive culture.

• Run pre-start meetings and ensure crews have all resources needed to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

• Maintain strong communication with both clients and work crews.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience.

• Section 44 qualification (preferably Schedule 26).

• Certificate IV in Frontline Management (preferred, not essential).

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Fabrication or Mechanical Trade.

• Confined Space and Working at Heights certifications.

• Driver’s License and reliable transport (preferred).

• High Risk License and National Police Clearance (preferred).

• Ability to pass D&A Screen and medical.

• Physically fit for heavy work, punctual, and proactive.

• Must provide 3 recent contactable referees.
